Lost & Found
If you have lost an item, you may check with the Union Information Center in person or by calling (225) 578-5141. Please be prepared to verify ownership of the item or items in question. Also, please be aware that items are only kept in Lost and Found for two weeks.

  1. Owners of the lost item are contacted if possible
  2. When an item is claimed, the owner signs and dates the log book. An ID will be required when the lost item has a person’s name on it, or the person is claiming lost cash, credit/debit card or high value item.
  3. High value items such as cash, credit or debit Cards, driver’s licenses, passports, jewelry, computers, personal electronics, cell phones, etc. will be secured.
  4. All lost Tiger Cards are turned into the Tiger Card office before they close for the day.

Unclaimed Items after 2 weeks:

  1. Items of value such as cash, credit or debit cards, jewelry, computers, personal electronics, cell phones, etc. will be turned over to the LSUPD.
  2. Drivers Licenses are to be mailed to the address on the item. Passports will be mailed the State Department.

Where is the Lost and Found?
At the Information Center on the 2nd floor.

Is there a place to check my e-mail in the Union?
There is a set of e-mail stations just inside the Southeast entrance to the building.

Where do I get an LSU ID?
To replace a lost or stolen ID, visit the Tiger Card Office on the first floor of the Student Union. Their regular semester hours are 7:30 a.m. -5 p.m., Monday – Friday.

What are the hours of the Tiger Lair?
Hours of operation change with the semester schedule. For the current standard Tiger Lair operating hours visit our Hours of Operation page, or for specific current hours visit the LSU Dining Website here.

What forms of payment are accepted in the Tiger Lair?
Cash, credit, debit, TigerCash and Paw Points are all accepted.

Where is the Post Office located?
Ricoh Mail and Printing Services provides mail services on Campus. Ricoh is located on the first floor near the front of the Union. Click here for more information.

Is it ok to put up flyers about campus events in the Union?
You need to fill out the Flyer and Poster Policy form in the Union, Room 310.

How can my student organization reserve a meeting room in the Union?
