Union 1958 Society

Union 1958 Society

In November 2007, the Union Board voted to establish the 1958 Society with the purpose of continuing and preserving the LSU Student Union. The 1958 Society provides a variety of opportunities for alumni, friends, and members of the Union family to support its facilities, programs and services in tangible ways. Supporting the Union is an investment in the continuation of that “campus home” for generations to come.

The 1958 Society is the premier leadership gift recognition society for the LSU Student Union. Individuals and corporations whose cumulative giving total is $1,000 or more will be recognized as members. All gifts to the Forever LSU Campaign for the LSU Student Union will be counted in the cumulative total. Recognition levels are:

• $100,000 and above
• $25,000 to $99,999
• $10,000 to $24,999
• $5,000 to $9,999
• $2,500 to $4,999
• $1,000 to $2,499

Benefits of the Society include recognition on a special plaque in the Union, invitations to attend open houses during home football games, receiving all the latest news via e-mail, and more.
